Hospice Services

The hospice team is an interdisciplinary group of people who assist the terminally ill patient and his or her family throughout the patient's illness. In addition to the physical care of terminally ill patients, "Good Sam," as we are affectionately known, provides family support and community education and support related to the end of life and bereavement.
